CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellations are to be advised in writing (email).
- Our standard rates allows for free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
- If cancelling within 7 days of arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
- NOTE: This does not apply to special rates and offers (e.g. free night offer, Carnivale special, etc) whereby full payment is required at the time of booking and cancellations, amendments or changes are not permitted for any reason.
PAYMENT POLICY:
- For standard rate bookings, no deposit will be charged at the time of booking. (NB: For special rates full payment may be payable at time of booking).
- The total balance is due and payable and will be charged 7 days prior to arrival.
- Payment of accommodation or sundry accounts can be made in cash, VisaCard, MasterCard, or Amex.**NB AMEX (2% surcharge applies)
- While in residence, a room account for tours, telephone calls, transfers etc will be held until the end of your stay. A pre-authority (swipe) of your credit card will be required as security.
NO-SHOW POLICY:
- In the event of a no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged & payable.

We may use third-party service providers to process your personal information on our behalf for the purposes of this booking. For example, we may share some information about you with these third parties so that they can contact you directly by email (for example: to obtain post stay reviews about your travel experience).
