- To secure your booking we require 1 nights accommodation as a deposit.
- Balance is due and payable on 13 days prior to arrival.
- Payment of accommodation or sundry accounts can be made in cash, VisaCard, MasterCard, or Amex.**NB AMEX (2% surcharge applies)
While in residence, a room account for tours, telephone calls, transfers etc. will be held until the end of your stay. A pre-authority (swipe) of your credit card will be required as security.
- Cancellations are to be advised in writing by mail, fax or E-mail.
- Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to date of arrival will be refunded in full, less $100 administration fees.
- For cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival, nil refund of the deposit will apply.
- Any cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival or should you change your booking during your stay, you will be charged the full amount of the total stay booked (ie. if you are confirmed for 5 days you will be charged for a total of 5 days).
- Special Cancellation Conditions for Discounted Special Offer Bookings ( eg FREE Night Offer, Carnivale Special) Cancellations , amendments and changes are not permitted for any reason , full payment is accepted at the time of booking.
Covid Vaccination Policy: Guests need to meet one or more requirements to stay at Meridian: Proof of full Coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccination, a recent valid negative PCR or Rapid Antigen Test of recent proof of Coronavirus recovery.
